Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility:

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be , in their original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any returns before reaching out — returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Custom or personalized items

- Items marked as final sale

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
